I have been working at Bryant University full-time for more than 9 years

        Pros

Caring staff and administration Great faculty Motivated students Resources for learning available Ability to create and innovate Excellent alumni network Top notch programming for career development and teaching resources

        Cons

Long decision making cycles (as with most academic institutions) make innovation challenging at times. They are working to make improvements in this area.

        Advice to Management

        More organic options on campus

I worked at Bryant University full-time for more than 6 years

        Pros

Wonderful colleagues made this job one of my most cherished.

        Cons

Not enough consideration for staff contributions versus faculty. Was a struggle to get promoted to fill an obvious gap in knowledge at the university.

        Advice to Management

Consider the significance of the contributions of your staff. They provide as much to the community as the faculty, as well as the support that helps students to thrive.

        Advice to Management

        Sodexo is trash
