I have been working at Bryant University part-time

    Pros

A great place to work where students love learning each and everyday.

    Cons

It may be on the small side in terms of size but its personable.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doin what you're doin.

I worked at Bryant University part-time

    Pros

Good work study balance. Allowed for the chance to develop skills necessary for the office while still living as a student.

    Cons

Some old school mentalities when what a business would be run like. The work had a tendency to run a bit monotonous.

    Advice to Management

Work the students hard, but also understand that their whole heart is not into the job. They are probably stressed out about other things, so an opportunity to have them get away from school and life for a few hours a week might be appreciated.

I worked at Bryant University part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Clean , modern facilities with lots of benefits like a nice gym and pool area. Great dining for employees and the grounds are wonderful to walk or sit during breaks. There are a lot of opportunities to move around departments too.

    Cons

The pay isn't as competitive as other places. Parking can be difficult too but at least they do not charge for it.

    Advice to Management

Communication shared to all departments is best

    Pros

The supervisors care about their staff and are willing to help you grow. Great community feel.

    Cons

Since it is located in Smithfield, it is necessary to have a car. However, the RIPTA stops there, so it is doable without a car.
