    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Bryant & Stratton College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

At the campus level, very dedicated personnel.

    Cons

This is an inbred company at the top. HR at the corporate level is extremely inadequate as well as pretty much all of them. Completely out of touch. Outcomes do not take precedence over enrollments.

    Advice to Management

Most of them need to wash their greedy hands and quit.
