I worked at Bryce Jordan Center part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Simple work. Trains you to work faster and handle large amounts of cash. Free food at end of shift (if you trust it).

    Cons

Varying hours, varying pay depending upon which job you are placed into that day and events. Dirty conditions, sometimes dangerous. Questionable standards of food and food prep. Expect to work for about 24 hours straight during THON with little break before your next shift for another long time.

    Advice to Management

Improve standards of food, such as not opening stands with ant problems.
