    Pros

    Once you prove yourself, they will stand by you. They do their best to keep their people working even when lay offs are happening. Stability, professionalism of land managers, fair and timely pay

    Cons

    It can be over demanding at times. They strive for perfection at all times

    Ability to work independently, no unnecessary meetings, good pay and good work hours, stable work for the industry

    Cons

    If you want to advance in the company, you have to be in their group of friends and male.

    Pros

    Great place to learn. Tight knit group. Very little drama. Always paid on time, usually early. Steady work. Fair pay. Honest and open work environment.

    Cons

    High expectations from their people. They have very little patience with people who cannot do what they represent that they can do.
