Low staffed, long hours. Low pay awful benefits
Cons
Bad company culture - toxic - low pay - over worked. Low staff - dirty. Owner is greedy and rude. Staff works round the clock, promised higher and better health benefits. Quitting soon, found better treatment center to work for. RUN
