If you like a small district that is steeped in tradition, Buckholts is worth a look. The kids are generally cooperative and the PK-12 nature of the campus allows for opportunities for the older kids to mentor the younger.
The parents are unsupportive, the pay is very low, the extra duties are numerous and nothing is done efficiently or with students in mind. The potential of the school is largely untapped and the finances are not spent wisely. Morale is low because the gossip prevalent in any small town is venomous in Buckholts. It is not an easy place to work and I do not see how a newer teacher could afford it.
