I worked at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the staff were wonderful people, and excellent at what they did. It would have been nice if management would have gotten out of the way and let those employees shine. The head of school was great, and tried her best to improve problem areas.

    Cons

Upper management was dishonest, unprofessional and let personnel problems fester. Turnover was exceedingly high, despite the amazing benefits offered. The office often felt more like a school-yard than the playground itself.
