    Pros

    Small, friendly, welcoming of new patient safety ideas and initiatives.

    Cons

    Suffers the same problems all NHS trusts are suffering. underfunding, rota gaps, and too few inpatient beds.
    Separating of stroke, cardiology and urology into Wycombe hospital away from the main A&E can be problematic.
