    Pros

Good benefits, discounts at many local retailers and cell providers, good place to work if your job doesn't require much overtime or weekend. But most do.

    Cons

Long work hours, no extra compensation or incentive for salaried employees, no comp time, little chance for upward mobility. They don't give benchmark raises without a title change. Will expect you to work more than double the standard 40 hour week with no overtime or differential pay.
