Pros
I really enjoyed my experience at BRS. Some of the kindest and most loving folks in the industry. They have great leadership that truly cares for you and your career development. If money were no object I would’ve stayed much longer.
Cons
It’s a nonprofit so sometimes they are not able to offer up to industry standard but their offer is really competitive!

Pros
Buckner has a great company culture. The corporate support team rolls up their sleeves and works alongside the community teams. Everyone knows one another by name and there is a caring culture which makes sense given that we are in the business to serve senior adults.
Cons
Long hours, but I gladly do it because I love what I do.

Pros
This company is the best in older adult services. They provide ample training and opportunity to grow. The managers are great and the CEO is a very nice man. The corporate office is a fun environment to be in and creates a culture of excitement.
Cons
The hardest part about this company is the fact that they do not have many positions that ever come open in upper management. When they do open it is highly competitive.
