I have been working at Buddy's Home Furnishings full-time for more than a year

I have been working at Buddy's Home Furnishings

    Pros

You get to meet interesting customers, and most are the salt-of-the-Earth Good Folks!

    Cons

Without training and support on the local level most can't succeed more than one year.

    Advice to Management

Please visit your franchise stores! Buddy's is a wonderful company, but the franchise stores are just there to build a customer base and sell to the highest bidder.(RentaCenter,Aarons,BestWay,etc)

    Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for advancement. This is due to, its all about how hard you work and how much you produce.

    Cons

The hours can be long. Everything is based on your numbers. The right numbers have to be produced or you work untill they are achieved.

    Advice to Management

You need some flexibility in goals and maintaing them. Just adjusting dates to cover yourself is not the way to do it.
