I have been working at Buddy's Home Furnishings full-time for less than a year

    Pros

We basically rob the poor. If these people are 2 days late we go and take their Tv, microwave, and furniture. Then, re-rent it to the next poverty-stricken couple. Until I find another job I just keep pretending im anywhere else. I hate this place.

    Cons

Cons include everything else. The Pay sucks. The management are demonic. The hours are long. Nobody cares about anyone only money. Fellow employees are just there to steal from you and take whats yours. Cut throat from the minute you enter the building. Also, the pay sucks.

    Advice to Management

Don't take your job too seriously. You're morally disgusting. We all are.

I worked at Buddy's Home Furnishings full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Unsure because I only worked there two days.

    Cons

Was not trained and thrown in to do phone calls without knowing the system. Getting screamed at because my second day I was not moving "fast enough". Clipboard thrown at my head, deflected and was yelled at for not letting it hit me. Low staff because everyone quits due to abusive manager, but expect the few that are there to do everything.

    Advice to Management

I was headhunted, and felt as though my past work at the competition was enough to show you what I am made of. I have brought failing stores out of the brinks of closing and am really good at what I do. That being said, you will never know because you are allowing a manager walk all over people by letting them be abused physically and mentally. I have never had a manager, or anyone that I have work with, throw something...
