    Pros

There is not a pro at all with this company

    Cons

Management is the worst I've seen since I started working back in 2006 Expect employees to do work without proper tools I had to buy my own tools to get the job done The pay is not that great for the job you do They expect you to do more than what you are trained to do The training process is ridiculous The company is so set on saving money and cutting corners to save a dollar to stay afloat they look over the...

    Advice to Management

Take care of the employees you currently have staffed so they can stay longer and do their job efficiently so the customers don't see a different face every week and you can start selling more product. Customers don't want to see a different face every week or trashy products on your floor because you want to save a dollar. Don't be so pushy to customers to renew or buy more stuff let alone harassing the customer when...

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Buddy's Home Furnishings full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Quick advancement, decent starting pay.

    Cons

Hours of operation. Unrealistic expectations, training, very poor higher management, organization, and commute to other stores due to poor relationships with distributors.

    Advice to Management

If it takes 8 people to run a store effectively and eliminate high turnover, then hire 8 people. Take in to account the lack of a home life that you force upon your employees by asking each person to do the job of three people. You save money on continually training employees that eventually go to competitors, and it allows a better service for your customers.
