      Pros

Staying busy is no problem as rent to own goes at a pretty fast pace.

      Cons

Upper management talks a great game of wanting to be a bigger, more competitive rent to own company but they still carry themselves as a very small company. The store managers and district managers I have met all have VERY SERIOUS INTEGRITY ISSUES. They openly steal and misapropiate cash and inventory. They instruct their assistant managers to type up and activate agreements to customers that don't exist. One store manager I worked for insisted on completing himself all of the on line training courses that new hires are assigned to complete! Females rarely advance beyond store manager level. The Christmas holiday schedule at my location was put together based on employees race and ethnicity (I am not kidding). Cash drawer audits are manipulated to cover up the stealing of funds. Customer's requests for special orders to be placed are never done, management will lie to the customer about this until the customer gives up on the request or simply turns in any other accounts they may have out of frustration. Customers are given "courtesy calls" the day their agreements are due every 2 hours for the entire day.

      Pros

Good Pay, Fun atmosphere at the store level. Good experience to take to the next job

      Cons

I worked for a franchise (BNW) upper management very abusive. They set goals too high to achieve and then yell at you when you don't hit them (nobody hits them) They like an environment where everybody tattles on everybody, and everybody wants to get promoted at the expense of their buddies.
