I worked at Buffalo Hanover Montrose Schools part-time

    Pros

The pay is decent, most of my co-workers are great, and I get experience in several areas of accounting.

    Cons

Management is very hard to work with.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like people, and quit micromanaging everyone.

I worked at Buffalo Hanover Montrose Schools full-time

    Pros

Outstanding relationships across all groups of colleagues, very competitive salary and benefits for professional level positions, strong support from other employees and supervisors.

    Cons

Sometimes praise can be hard to be found, still have to deal with the procedural and policy parts of a school district, practices can sometimes follow a policy instead of common sense.
