I have been working at Buhler Industries full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have flexibility when it comes to my work hours and my direct coworkers are good to work with, PTO and vacation are good. Lots of opportunity to grown

    Cons

Having to punch a clock as a salaried employee, benefits could be better, and the IT department is completely overbearing. Lack of updated equipment and program technology. Lack of organization. The building itself is older and could use an update.

    Advice to Management

Be a little less stingy with money, I get it that you don't want to use money unnecessarily, but getting everything cheap is not always the best idea. Use some money to invest in the workforce and technology upgrades.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Flexible with work schedule. Competitive pay. The people that I work with in the Fargo location are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

    Cons

Benefits are terrible in relation to other companies in the area. Very outdated manufacturing facilities and technology. Very little support from management when suggesting improvements. Severe lack of inventory control.

    Advice to Management

Update technology and improve benefits for US employees. Upper management chooses not to provide a competitive benefits package because of cost.

I have been working at Buhler Industries full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Not a half bad place to work for. They are like any larger company

    Cons

Lots of politicking and can some managers can be difficult to work under

    Advice to Management

Cut the dead weight from the bad management and remove the "old guard" managers that won't embrace change
