I have been working at Build-A-Bear part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The management at the Orem location in particular is amazing. They are kind, enthusiastic and interested in creating a healthy work environment. All of my coworkers are so friendly and supportive. The company still paid us When we had to close due to COVID-19 for a couple of weeks. It’s also a fun, meaningful experience for almost every customer, so you deal with happy costumers most of the time.

    Cons

It is both retail and entertainment, so after long shifts you can be both physically and emotionally drained, but I still enjoy the work.
