I have been working at Bulley & Andrews full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Trying to promote collaborative, team building atmosphere. Building new corporate office which is very exciting.

    Cons

Benefits are very costly with high deductibles, no employer contribution to dental, no short term disability, employer 401k contribution very minimal, bonuses are based on who likes you. Not a good balance of work and home life particularly for PEs and PMs.

I have been working at Bulley & Andrews full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Conservative company that is on the up and up and has demonstrated strength and stability. Pursues clients' interests passionately from start to finish and beyond.

    Cons

As with the industry - slow to adopt new technologies and innovative measures. People who deal with GCs in Chicago know Bulley & Andrews, however, the firm could be more aggressive with its broader marketing strategy and in supporting networking opportunities.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see us try to foster a more innovative culture; but at the end of the day, a good company to work for.
