I worked at Bunch & Associates full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

earning time off is easy and you get x amt of hours per pay period (does up every couple years).
Very helpful Nurses and team members.
work from home opportunities if you are a RN.
    lots of opportunity for growth

The CEO (Lief Goodson) is very friendly, when I started he was one of the first people I had a conversation with in the break room.

    Cons

used to be owned by Cindy Bunch, then it was sold around 2010 which made it more micro-managing.

    Advice to Management

Bill Review Upper Management goes above and beyond to keep their employees motivated, EXCELLENT JOB!

I worked at Bunch & Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good paid-time-off policy, remote or work-from-home available for some jobs (IT and nurse case management in particular), challenging and interesting work, small company atmosphere.

    Cons

Health coverage has high deductables and high cost to employee, heavy workload in some IT jobs, "office politics" seems a bit high.

    Advice to Management

Hire some people! There are not enough resources (people) for the workload in IT.
