Senior management treat employees live a slave. They think they are very generous that they are paying every month.

Seems Leaderships is full of people who were in top office politics Confused management and don't treat employees well Even if one doesn't have anything in hand then also shouldn't join here. Not eligible even to be considered as last option

You have the freedom to write code however you feel like. Fast growing organisation
Cons
Fear politics is rampant. Bad management. Suggestions are heard but ignored. Not many good people to learn from. You have to work with fairly inexperienced team who write software like a college project. Bad coding practices everywhere. Most software written is not designed to scale. Lack of trust in employees
