I worked at Burger King part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Workers are nice. Everyone greets each other very nicely. Sometimes people have bad days but usually it's a positive environment. The goal of having customer satisfaction was extremely strong. I felt like I was a part of a team.

    Cons

Sometimes it gets really busy and hectic. There are times when customers are arguing with each other, other times when customers are very rude. This is expected though. Sometimes when things aren't keeping up I get scolded at or looked down upon.

    Advice to Management

Staying positive and motivating people to keep up the work can help a lot. This isn't really expected because we are getting paid, but it would be nice to hear that.

I worked at Burger King full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a great experience and I learned a lot about various aspects of the industry. I would recommend it to anyone. Great people, made lifelong friends.

    Cons

It was somewhat embarrassing when people I know would walk in. It's kind of frowned upon to be a cashier at a burger joint at my age.

    Advice to Management

I would not recommend to change anything as things seem to be going very smoothly as of now. Keep up the great work guys!

    Pros

    Free food and drinks (Yum)

    Cons

Managers play favorites with employees, which creates petty work drama. You will also never get a raise. People have worked there for 5 years and never got a raise or paid vacation.

    Pros

The hours that Burger King gives you are great. I worked about 22 hours as a part time employee there.

    Cons

The management treated me poorly. The pay was only minimum wage, with barely any promotion. Let workers know they are doing well.

    Advice to Management

The advice to management is to treat workers like they mean something to the company. There will be better chemistry. Let workers know they are doing well.
