    Employee discounts.
    Pretty flexible scheduling.
    Some cool, fun managers.
    Some great co-workers that'll have your back.
    Give you a quick smoke break if you need it.

    Cons

    Rude customers.
    Complete jerks in management.
    Some team members will make jokes about you at your own expense.
    Unprofessional team members.

    Advice to Management

    Stop siding with customers that are purposefully jerks to your workers and treat them like crap to make yourselves look good.

    Is a very clean store has nice customer and somewhat organized.

    Cons

    Most of the workers there only speak Spanish no English and very family oriented.

    Have to at least be 18 years or older.

    Pros

    You have a lot of autonomy within the restaurant and in determining how you run your shifts. You are also free to train and there are advancement possibilities

    Cons

    You are frequently understaffed, without food products and have broken equipment. Call offs are often so you may work 6 or 7 days a week, ten to twelve hours a shift.

    Advice to Management

    Properly staff and stock your stores. Provide schedules in advance not one day ahead of their start. Pay good employees in order to retain them.
