I have been working at Burger King full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Average weekly pay consistently $900-$1100 for Relocation Coordinators, work environment & morale is always positive and therefore more productive, completely drug-free work environment with a zero tolerance policy for failure to comply, training is extremely thorough and well explained, every single employee is treated equally and with the utmost respect no matter what department they are in or what their title/position may be, the owners are humble & empathetic & approachable as opposed to egotistical & patronizing & superior, possibility for advancement is not a false line given to increase employment duration/prevent turnover but rather a very realistic opportunity due to company growth being quickly evident in a short period of time, people actually look forward to coming to work instead of dreading just the thought

    Cons

The only thing that I guess could be considered a con to some people is that employees are 1099’d but in my opinion that’s not a big deal at all, just save money instead of spending an entire paycheck every week.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the fantastic work! I’ve truly never worked for such an amazing company with such amazing co-workers before.
