    Pros

Good pay, get the right staff and assistant managers and you're set. It's a family.

    Cons

Watch out for bad franchisees, they do exist and there are a lot of them.

    Advice to Management

Don't let big franchisees get away with noncompliance.

I have been working at Burger King part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

In the right store meaning one that's fully staffed it's a wonderful rewarding place to be.

    Cons

Almost always understaffed except when the store manager is working.. Competing against fully staffed stores in the drive thru times race is both unfair and insulting... 7510 west Broad street Richmond, VA. Is a joke avoid it like the plague.. They don't care about the customers their smiles and kindness is completely disingenuous at best.... Store manager doesn't care about his assistant managers at all. Constantly leaves to go work at better stores leaving his own store to fend for themselves..

    Advice to Management

Find another profession, managing others ain't your thing...

I worked at Burger King part-time

    Pros

    Free meal with each shift
Some coworkers care about your well being
    It's a job
    Always paid on time

    Cons

    Always running out of things
    Contradicting instructions from different managers
Not much room for growth- you're either crew(regular crew or crew thats been there a long time but still paid the same), an assistant manager or manager.
No one considers the safety hazards

    Advice to Management

Be more consistant. The management is so heavily concerned with getting orders out that it seems nothing is discussed, no meetings take place, and there is not a plan enacted to improve service. Mostly there is yelling or quick, poorly chosen action rather that strategy.
