    Pros

    Swaggin burgers . Cory was a cool dude. We used to play ball out back when the drive thru was slow.

    Cons

    Awful pay. Went four years with no raise then realized that I could make more money by bettering myself

    Don't reward employees because you like them always acknowledge good work.

    They paid really good for the assistant manager position. I didn't really have too many issues with upper management.

    Family time. It is hard to have family and job separation

    Pros are being loaded with as many hours as you want and as many days off as needed.

    Cons

    Immature co-workers, and negligent management.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your staff under control and work diligently towards your time goal. Make the crew do their jobs.

    Advancement comes pretty quickly, If you wanna go from crew to shift manager

    Cons

    Store Managers was mean, disrespectful, and flirted with all the young men

    Advice to Management

    Worked for a few months was given a management position, Servsafe Test very easy. The instructor gave us answers.

    50% off your meal while working
    30 minutes break if you work over 6 hours

    Cons

    they'll hire anyone which means more lazy people than the hard workers who actually do the work
    they'll overworked you when you are over your hours limit
    Some communicate but not all

    Most of the workers there only speak Spanish no English and very family oriented.

    Have to at least be 18 years or older.
