I have been working at Burns Sheehan full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great company culture. Every company will try to tell you their team is close, friendly etc but here it really shows true. They're picky about the people they recruit for a reason.
    - They care about their employees. This is evident by their investment in training and development, in addition to the support on offer from Managers and Directors.
    - Founding Directors still recruit on the floor and continue to inspire people.
    - Not your average cowboy recruitment agency. They care about the level of service they give to candidates and clients and will provide honest feedback where others wont.
    - Good work/life balance

    Cons

No toaster and some highly questionable music choices. Also could offer more employee benefits.

  2. "Not your typical London agency"

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

I joined after spending a long time in a typical IT recruitment company in London, and the shock at how different Burns Sheehan gave me was a pleasant surprise. Collaborative, intelligent people, no power hours or stupid KPIs; just putting the clients and candidate experience first. It's mad that I even have to write this about recruitment! Lovely people, no cowboys or dodgy goings on, and a generally positive workplace.

    Cons

Email based communications made the office very quiet at times, maybe get Spotify sorted!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing :)
