    Pros

compensation great if you have a big "book of business"

    Cons

partners are tacitly separated into "rainmaker" vs "slacker" factions regardless of whether business "books" were earned, poached, stolen, or hoarded, and compensated according to the size of such books

    Advice to Management

find a way to reward attorneys for teamwork and sharing rather solely incentivizing them to lie, cheat and steal

    Doesn't Recommend

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Burr & Forman full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Most of the attorneys are great to work with.

    Cons

Internal administration is abhorrent. She was more interested in her post as president of the administration association than anything that went on in the office. Initial vacation policy is ridiculous. No time off for the first six months is an archaic policy.
