I worked at Business Integra (Less than a year)

    Pros

    A few nice people

    Cons

Shady working environment. Took 2 weeks to get a computer and a month before we were actually working on the project. It's clear that they just need bodies there so they can keep billing the client and don't care about actually creating a good product. It's fine to work here to get paid while you look for something else but don't expect to be doing anything meaningful.

    Advice to Management

People do their best work when they are being challenged and have a clear objective. Being busy isn't fulfilling and this place will continue to be a revolving door people passing through.

    Pros

Slow work pace, some nice people

    Cons

Some very underhanded tactics appeared to be at work at this particular assignment/contract. Was given no clear directions on work I was to peform, then was eliminated for 'performance' issues, said I was unresponsive to emails and/or phone calls that I never received.

    Advice to Management

Run a background check on your management staff.

I have been working at Business Integra full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It's a job with a paycheck

    Cons

Sub-par benefits: Time off is limited. Health Insurance is terrible. Minimal bonuses. Management doesn't cared about staff. The company culture/atmosphere normal for a "body shop" that is they care only that you are a billable body. As other posts mentioned, they win contracts by low balling, which means they do not pay well and their benefits stink.

    Advice to Management

Quality work comes from quality staff. You can't get quality without paying for it.

Leading experts in each practice area adds value in the experience gained for future endeavors.

Excellent work/life balance, Comprehensive Benefits and Competitive Salary.

Hard work is part of the culture and those who slack off don't last. Everyone acts as a team and supports one another to achieve goals. It's a great place to push yourself and reach for the stars.

If you work hard for them - they do the same for you.

There are no cons, just a great bunch of people.

    Advice to Management

None. They are well planned and organized in accomplishing their mission.
