I worked at Business Success Management full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

none what so ever but has great people to work with

    Cons

cheap labor; only pays average wages very close to poverty level. not very well organized, provides bogus resumes to clients, has barely any direct clients or repeat business, no ats in place, never get paid on time; have to keep reminding HR to cut payroll check, does not believe in direct deposit for employees.

    Advice to Management

Learn to run a business properly. CEO is not up to par on his experience he is all talk but no action. Keep your employees happy by paying market for sr recruiters and business development managers. And learn to manage your money right instead of moving company money to your personal offshore accts. the IRS will come after you if you don't follow state laws, pay your taxes and grow up and be a real CEO

No Fixed date for Salaries, but they will pay u without fail by10th.
Incentives are not paid on time. but they will pay you without fail. need to remind officials.
management should maintain better relations with client by personal visit, etc...
    should hire more W2.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The environment is like all distant relatives connected through the internet doing their assigned jobs, overseen by a big brother. All are very friendly people and the Boss is the coolest CEO to find. Never pressurizes you but all production matrices reports are shared between all Employees. and encourages everyone and keeps good rapport. Personally, I was down with an accident and was on leave. Incredibly, the next pay date BSM paid me for those 3 weeks that I was on leave due to the accident. One of my colleagues said Bijou transferred money to his salary account for his daughter's tuition fees just upon being asked if there was any company help available. Another colleague said the CEO paid him during his days of absence from work due to his dad's death. These are some real nice gestures by the employer during tough times of their employees.

    Cons

No definite pay date, but they pay without fail around 5th to 10th each month. I have seen "Termination with Immediate Effect" to at least 4 people including me in my 2 years at BSM, citing lack of scope.

    Advice to Management

Marketing outreach has to be bigger. Must reach out to more potential market targets. And then whatever trickle of leads that come in must be nurtured to close deals. Must have more number of visible W2 candidates for the staffing side.
