Butler/Till Employee Reviews about "b t"

Pros

Every agency says that they're different, or that they have some kind of secret sauce that gives them a better culture. Butler/Till actually lives up to this talk. I don't know if it's the employee ownership program or just deep down in the culture that's passed down, but B/T feels very different. There's a great deal of trust between managers and individual contributors, and that seems to give everyone the space to let their guard down and focus on doing great work. Beyond just being a fun place to work, there' great flexibility in terms of where and when you work, and excellent benefits.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I've seen that would be a real downside so far. The worst I can say is that B/T, as an agency, has some of the same agency needs you'll find anywhere: occasional late nights, sometimes heavy work loads, etc.

Pros

-Overall happy environment/ employees love coming to work -Employee-owned culture drives us even more to contribute to success -The perks are amazing ex: flex hours, summer hours, ESOP, Health & Wellness Committee - B/T genuinely cares about employees and their growth and how each and everyone of us can help better the agency -Senior leadership is approachable, it feels like a family here

Pros

Internship program was different than most. Not only did we get to handle a project for one of their oldest clients, we got to learn from other Butler/Till employees as a part of their training program. The culture at B/T is awesome. Most importantly everyone here is approachable, friendly and super fun. We had a lot of leeway on our client pitch, allowing us to freely express our ideas and strategies.

Cons

Wished I could've worked more than 15 hours a week. Daily schedules were often in flux, but that is expected in agency environment.
