    Pros

Start up in the local, east bay community. SMB focused and somewhat of a pioneer in lead generation back in the day. Young, energetic people. Sometimes pretty fun people.

    Cons

They had been a startup for a lengthy period. Several people spoke in a different language (that I didn't understand) right in front of me in a discourteous manner. There seemed to be a lot of office politics going on at the time.

    Advice to Management

Keep transparent. Maintain stricter HR policies, especially for managers, directors and higher.

      Pros

employees help each other and try to help you as much as they can.

      Cons

Not so much in terms of growing once career. Job loads increased from time to time.

      Advice to Management

Not enough documentation to refer to.

      I worked at BuyerLink full-time

      Pros

Plenty of parking spots I guess.

      Cons

This company will do it's best at taking money from people and underpaying/lying to employees. Do your research look up "Reply Real Estate " This is a turn and burn company. They pivot when people catch on to their dodgy scheme. From Real Estate to car leads to clicks. Their "tech" is shady at best and their treatment of employees is even worse. Seeing the CEO roll up in multiple exotic cars knowing it's on the backs...

I worked at BuyerLink full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

There were a couple good people in upper management (sadly they left) and all the coffee you can drink!

      Cons

Dishonest, ego-driven CEO; poorly organized teams, no incentives (unless you count "scare tactics") lousy salaries, no bonuses.

      Advice to Management

Get rid of the CEO and his handful of cronies.

      Pros

You get to see the latest Ferrari model when the CEO comes to the office.

      Cons

Terrible leadership. My manager sat right next to me and openly sabotaged my job constantly. Literally taking money out of my pocket while reaping the platitudes of upper managers who had no idea what was going on. I told an upper manager about this and he got right on it. He went to lunch and then it never came up again. This is the worst sales environment ever based primarily on the fact that the leads are terrible....

      Advice to Management

If I had of been hired into management, I would say keep doing what you are doing. Since I was hired as an individual contributor; I must say. You are giving the impression that you don't care out your employees. Are you getting that message??

      Pros

Free parking, great location (if you live in San Ramon). The employees are great to work with.

      Cons

The CEO makes sure that the employees get paid as little as possible and comes to work with $100K+ cars (yes plural) to work.

      Advice to Management

Management needs to change and adopt a more employee friendly environment.

        Pros

The best thing about Reply is the quality of person who works there. I did not experience any pettiness or incompetence - everyone knows their job and is ready to get to work.

        Cons

Reply is not in a very stable industry, so it can shrink and grow rapidly.
