I have been working at Buzzi Unicem USA full-time

    Pros

A lot of OT available. Always different work locations within the plant. Different types of jobs to be done not always the same thing. It is what you make it as far as the job goes.

    Cons

Usually very dirty(it is a cement manufacturing plant) when its hot-it's hot and when it's cold-it's really cold.

    Advice to Management

Get managers on the same page. Maybe a training or refresher course on things we do. More information, prints, schematics of the equipment and machinery that we work on daily would be nice and helpful if available. Maybe have the parts we need on hand.
