Pros
-Strong trust and relationship between management and BDR’s -All levels of the sales management here are awesome, you feel comfortable and confident management wants to see your success -Great company culture; everyone is so passionate about the product that it bonds all the departments together to all work towards the success of the company- seriously people are so happy to work here that some have Bynder tattoos -Great pay and benefits; 401k 6% match, great health insurance, and unlimited PTO (fun fact- Bynder had remote work before the pandemic, so the company wholeheartedly believes and encourages you to take time off) zero of that “fake” unlimited pto -You get the feeling of being your own entrepreneur; you get to own your own pipeline and have the autonomy to try out new things -You wake up each morning happy and excited to work here. It honestly is a similar feeling of being on a winning sports team -You are the opposite of a number here. Smaller more hands-on learning sales team and you get great resources to be successful here and shine -Clear, and real promotion paths that you can see -HQ in Amsterdam; you get to build relationships on a face by face level with coworkers in the Netherlands and the global learning in my opinion is very unique and exciting
Cons
-Honestly cannot think of anything as a con, could not be happier here
