    Pros

small company with some good people

    Cons

leadership was weak seemed to be from the top, and once McLane bought them it got even worse. They had horrible benefits all around insurance was way to expensive no 401k just a profit sharing program. The sales managements hand were tied and the divisional leadership was controlled by one person with an ego.

    Advice to Management

get rid of that one person and wake up you are getting steam rolled by the competition.
