    Negative Outlook

I worked at C-DAC (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexibility of responsibilities. You keep getting new stuff to work on. Can't say the same for most jobs out there.

    Cons

No appreciation of hard work, no employee retention policies, low salaries. Most of all, their deadlines keep extending since their "customer" is the government.
