    Pros

This is the best company to start your career as freshers. But it solely depend on the project you are working . And the contract renewal scheme is really weird which is based on project duration. After that they can fire you anytime. So basically its a good company but cons are more.
But you get more and more leaves.
It feels like a family .

    Cons

Conract Renewal scheme is a disaster.
