    Intern program was new and not fully thought out before my arrival.

    Continue to provide internships to college students. It is a huge benefit to have internship experience.

    this job is very challenging, everyday is never the same.

    Cons

    Home office and head manage makes no effort to interact or get aquainted with hourly
    employees.

    Make employees feel like they make a difference by showing appreciation.
