    Pros

Great office to work in, awesome location in Ybor. Management is great and very supportive. It's very much a collaborative effort in the office, so everyone is pretty cohesive. About 40 employees in the office.

    Cons

Often bogged down with operational activities that "are not supposed to be yours" essentially.

I worked at C.H. Robinson full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great people. One of the largest 3PLs in N. America. Plentiful opportunities.

    Cons

Compensation is great at leadership level, but not so much for people who are not in leadership roles. Non-compete is antiquated and punitive.

    Advice to Management

Non-compete for key employees is antiquated, punitive, and not in line with the corporate culture you promote to organization.

I have been working at C.H. Robinson full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Terrific culture. Doing great things. Forward thinking. An opportunity to make a difference. Collaborative environment, opportunities to give back to the community through volunteering or donations, casual dress code, fun events, pay for performance, and more.

    Cons

More communication about the direction of the company and overall performance directed at employees, not just shareholders.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at C.H. Robinson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great culture and the people you work with are awesome. This is how they sell you to get into the company.

    Cons

The job itself is very frustrating. It's transportation though. Things always go wrong in transportation and for sales people, you grind to get new customers, only for them to leave you when you can't fulfill what you promise them.
