    Pros

Fun atmosphere, great coworkers and leadership

    Cons

Not very far to move up, a lot of people leave after 2 years in an entry level position.

I have been working at C.H. Robinson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

C.H. Robinson takes the time to invest in its employees, which is so refreshing after my last job. They value my career-focused drive and have rewarded my hard work.

    Cons

Haven't really seen anything major. Every company has nuances that don't appeal to some people. Only thing I can think of is that employee experience probably differs between offices depending on job function.

    Advice to Management

Continue the hard work to reshape how our business is structured to meet the changing landscape our industry is in.

I have been working at C.H. Robinson full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun environment, competitive pay structure, they teach you everything you need to know, the technology basically does your job for you

    Cons

Stressful nature of the work - analysis, customer service, portfolio management and sales all wrapped up into one title. Often have to cover other people's responsibilities. Internal relationships sometimes cold and unforgiving.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at C.H. Robinson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunity is there if you fit their expectations and use the right buzzwords.

    Cons

Middle management lacks experience and people skills. Frat house feel, definitely a "boys club" atmosphere. Don't criticize the boys club if you want to get along here. There is no real guidance, no definite plans to move ahead or grow at all professionally.

    Advice to Management

Branch offices need closer HR involvement. If you encounter a problem at the branch level, the only recourse you have is to go to corporate HR. There is no accountability for offensive behavior or mismanagement.

    Pros

A lot of growth potential. C.H. Robinson looks great on a resume. Logistics is complex, and they help you simplify it

    Cons

If you are in sales, it will take at least 2 years before you see results. You got to keep grinding

I worked at C.H. Robinson full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

decent pay for our area, standard benefits and predictable hours.

    Cons

branch management is different for every office, disconnected from employees, hard pushing of meeting financial numbers and no advancement if you dont want to relocate

    Advice to Management

upper management needs to be more involved at branch level, unclear chain of command when there is issues.
