- Current Intern★★★★★
Pros
there are many opportunities to work closely with upper management
Cons
often playing a smaller role than would like
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Poor pay, no benefits, no growth, no career progression and poor management
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- It's a small team so you get to do a lot of different things - The working hours are good (i.e., decent work life balance)
Cons
- The salary is very low (to the point that full time staff have to ask family for help to pay their rent and food), and management clearly couldn't care less - The role in deals is very limited, so there is no real learning opportunity - The work environment is built on fear, which leads to mistakes and poor output - There is no career progression. The team will just keep hiring interns to do a lot of the legwork and pay them peanuts. All of the above has been raised, but nothing has changed.

Relaxed work environment, particularly for Wall Street. Hours are reasonable and unlike every other wall street firm, it's not banking driven
Cons
Compensation will never be what other firms can give you. It's also too small of a firm to hide.
