    I worked at C. R. Laurence full-time

    Pros

From my 131st day CR Laurence several years ago. I was in a training class. and yes I rolled my eyes but by the end of training. I new that this was a big step forward. and Customer Service was not just a slogan. Mr Freise was hands on and involved 110% . no one put in more hours than Mr Freise. with all the Jobs I had. CR Laurence was A Career. that I would sabbatige all on my own.I was the reason for leaving CR Laurence. and it was a huge mistake. but life continues. But Mr Freise and Loyd Talbert are work horses and have all my respect. and I wish them and the entire CRL team much success and continued growth

    Cons

I can not give any cons. I could make some complaints. but if I look back. it assent a CRL issue. it was David Cain issue. CRL provides you with a Oppurtunity it's up to you to Grow with them or let your personal demons control your direction

    Advice to Management

Keep doing it the CRL way 51% is what is asked. anymore is pure gravy on the biscuits. Bead Murphy thank you for your patients with me back in the day. and can't forget the legend himself The Late Mr Jim Audette what a remarkable man he was. I still hear his voice in my head and his knowledge was remarkable. RIP Mr Audette.

I would like to Thank Mr Freise for all he did for me and tried to instill in me. Your truly a Great Leader and Idol. Mr Talbert thank you for your stern warnings and dedication. thank you gentleman for all you have done. it does not go without thoughts and how I conduct business with people today. Say what you will do. Do what you said you will do and Prove it.

I have been working at C. R. Laurence full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

When you work hard and show potential, the company offers opportunities for a promotion. It's a stable company that appreciates hard workers.

    Cons

It's no Google for sure! There's no "extra" perks that can work as motivators. However, we get medical benefits and 401K perks - standard services you expect from any company you work for. Other complaints differ to the department you work for.

I worked at C. R. Laurence (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I was working for CR LAURENCE for almost 14 years. I was happy there, I had a career there, I treated my customers with respect and I treated my coworkers with respect to I was always there there were times that I would miss because I was sick my son got sick or a family emergency, good benifits.

    Cons

There were problems here at CR LAURENCE I was a very dedicated and loyal employee for CR Laurence but unfortunately I was dismissed by Carlos Lemus and Melanie Torres for no reason at all their excuse was I was in providing correct customer service they did realize that until after almost 14 years being an employee their loyal and dedicated their excuse to me is that they wanted to let me go so they could put 12 new sales representatives in customer service I was very hurt and upset because I dedicated my life there almost 14 years working for CR LAURENCE they were always changing the rules . Customer likes to be treated with respect and get the job done I never had a problem with all my cutomers. I'm very sad that CR LAURENCE is sold to Oldcastle.

    Advice to Management

They need better management there in human resources. Human resources needs to work in the position as customer service so they could know what the customer needs and wants is not the same teaching been working with the customer

    Advice to Management

Better control on staff!! Redefine staff duties so the manager isn't running around doing everyone else's job.
