    I have been working at C-Town full-time

    Pros

    My coworkers are amazing and the company really cares for their stores.

    Cons

    There are really no down sides.

    Advice to Management

    Weekly sales are done accordingly. Amazing job.

    I have been working at C-Town part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    -Team collectively works well together
    - Employees treat each other well
    -comfortable working environment
    -challenging but fun working on tasks
    -the customers are friendly and easy to assist

    Cons

    - The wage is very low per hour
    - some employees take advantage of others
    -some customers are very rude to the employees
    - some of the wrong people get promoted for positions they don't deserve

    Advice to Management

    my advice is to choose some of the employees who are getting promoted a little more wisely and to not overlook the employees who try and make the most of their time there.

    Good part time for school since they work around your schedule.

    The customers not always right

    Calling out shouldn't risk us from being fired

    I have been working at C-Town part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Best reason to work at c town is because you get pay off the books.

    Cons

    Downsides of working at c town is that your salary will never go up. And management is not that good

    Advice to Management

    Treat every of your employees with respect. And if there's something you don't like that the employee is doing you should let them know, so they could change what they doing wrong

    I have been working at C-Town part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexiable hours, Easy work, Got along with manager because i did my job, was neat and organized. Store was ( visable ) pretty clean. Easy work for a young person.

    Cons

    Dealing with the public and be difficult. If they are in a bad mood they are rude. They like to complain about what they think might be a hi price. A lot of standing.

    keep stocked up on supplies for the cashiers near them.

    Get baggers to work there so the cashiers won't be so stressed out.
