The current CEO is a conniving degrading slave driver. She does not care about the well-being of her employees nor the patience. She only cares about lining her pockets and patting her self on the back.

Wonderful staff to work with. Staff are committed to serving the community to the best of their abilities.

Leadership lacks organization and professional skills. The lack of communication is apparent to staff and patients and upper management will not take proper steps to improve the problems. Many staff members have tried to address problems, and are either fired or receive backlash.

C.W Williams does alot for the community.
Cons
Everything, there's no real management. The C.E.O is very rude. She would literally curse you out. She has no accountability of things that goes wrong and will blame others. Turn over rate is very high and makes it hard for others to do their jobs. There's alot of cons, but that is a start
