Great pay, different things to do everyday, decent benefits. Worked by myself most nights except Wednesdays. Wednesdays you worked with a partner to get PMs done. Worked with some great people. You get perdiem for any training that you need to do/ travel. Would still be working here if I didn't move.

Hours you work and the scheduled days were either Sun to Wed or Wed to Sat. Not much of a personal life, since I worked nights. But I made it work.

Cons
You will be micromanaged and treated like a child, forget advancing in your career, the lead made sure that no one had access to anyone but her. You'll be stuck in the same role for years and you won't even get fair raises when you exceed in your review due to "budget" but higher ups spend money "entertaining". HR is a joke, can't be trusted, all they do is gossip and talk about people behind their back. Nothing is confidential.

Great pay, benefits, 401k, days off/sick time/personal holidays, holiday pay, progression (in terms of job promotion) is available and a lot easier to do than most companies

Once you've learned how to do the job there isn't much to learn (tradeskills wise), a lot of free time (which can be a positive for some but I found myself wanting to do more at times), accountability (again, not a bad thing but some people can not bear responsibility), multi-tasking
