Great employment package, fast growth in the company, its still a new busness and most are still very excited about it.
Seems to forget sometimes its a new company and some things take time.
I worked at C12 Capital Management full-time (Less than a year)
Initially, seemed like an exciting opportunity because it was pitched as a start-up hedgefund, filled with super smart, ambitious employees, the majority of whom came over from Barclay's after the spinoff.
Low pay, not honoring agreements, poorly structured, many residual sketchy legal issues left over from Barclay's business. The worst however, was the co-founder/fund mgr who worked in the NY office. I'm unable to recall a more unstable, unhinged, volatile baby in all of my years of professional positions.
