    Pros

    C3 is a fast paced call center environment, that offers excellent rewards and incentives to its front line agents. C3 is a rapidly growing company with sites popping up all over the globe tones of opportunities.

    Cons

    C3 is a new company, and has had its fair share of growing pains. The benefits could be better priced.

    Advice to Management

    C3 should expand its personal and professional growth programs for their employees, more internal classes and training, expand the tuition reimbursement program.

    Pros

    money, people, convenient location, personal time when u dont have access, lunch room , vending machines supervisors good atmosphere, willingness to work with ya, cleanliness good security, beautiful grounds and animals.

    Cons

    loss of access because humana cant keep things straight. .not enough paid time off and sick pay and the pay needs to be more.

    Advice to Management

    up the pay for the sress we go thru on back to back phone calls.

    I have been working at C3/CustomerContactChannels full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    They work with my school needs. They also work great with my kids schedules. Being a single mom they have been the first company to actually care and help.

    Cons

    Giving people to many chances. They need to stuck to their polices a bit better.

    Advice to Management

    Remember that the polices are in place for everyone, not just one team.

    The staff is energetic and friendly, the salary they quoted to me was way more than I have ever been offered

    The schedule and hours are a little crazy

    Large training classes, some "students" just don't care or take it serious.

    Pros

    If you want to be good at your job, there are learning opportunities. I have a great Supervisor who is willing to work with you and learn all there is to know about your job.

    Cons

    The negative people around you. They obviously only want to be there to draw a check until they find something else, because they are always talking to each other instead of learning how to take care of the members.

    Advice to Management

    For those that don't really want to be there, get rid of them. We do need a more pay and benefits.

    I have been working at C3/CustomerContactChannels (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and most of the trainers/management all seem really passionate about what they're doing. It's not one of those companies full of people wallowing in misery about having had to come to work that day. They strive for a positive attitude and they seem to be managing it pretty well, at least at the Las Vegas location. The benefits seem decent, you get full health/dental/vision after 2 months. You get holiday pay and such after 6. You get personal days, and sick time. The pay is decent, the overtime is ample, especially with open enrollment coming up. Advancement seems to be largely internal. All in all, I really like it here.

    Cons

    Training runs both too early (for the morning one) and too late (on the evening one) to be able to take the bus in both directions without requiring 2.5+ miles of walking.

    Advice to Management

    I haven't hit the floor yet, still in training, so beyond 'keep hiring trainers that are as awesome as the ones we've got now' I don't have much to say.
