    I worked at C3/CustomerContactChannels full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If your looking for a job that will hire you on the spot well this is it! The don't care who the hire as long as they have bodies in seats! If you can figure out how to pass a pee test and dont have a record well you are good to go!

    Cons

The people who work at the Las Vegas site are the most ratched. Their either prostitute's, drug dealers, gang bangers, pedophiles etc. Managers having sex with agents in the parking lot! Drugs, alcohol while at work. Fights etc etc. Not a great work environment. People who's only purpose is to be upper management so the can fulfill their life long dream to boss people around instead of uplift and mold into amazing CSR. I wasn't fired so don't think I'm a angry because of that. I quit because they sale you a dream. Don't believe me apply. Maybe this is the place for you IDK and IDC.

    Advice to Management

You should take care of your agents by treating them well and stop lying tell the truth. Also stop sleeping with agents so not professional.

    Cons

Terrible pay and benefits, very disorganized. Favoritism trumps performance or tenure-ship. Employees are just treated like expendable numbers.

    Advice to Management

Take some pride in your work and your teams but more so to upper management treat your employees like people instead of numbers on paper.
