    Do a comprehensive market evaluation of comparable positions in the healthcare industry. Salaries are not currently competitive.

    C3i has been a great company to me. I have been working with them for numerous years and they have helped me along the way

    Depending on your role the pay scale sometimes is not the best

    Take care of your performers or you'll be left with, well, leftovers.

    I worked at C3i Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The pay was decent.
    The job was easy.
    Some co-workers were decent.
    Some Holidays off.
    There's not much that would actually fall in the pros category.

    Cons

    The place was run horrendously. Co workers acted like you were in highschool and would go out of their way to get ahead by any means necessary. Management had no idea how to manage. They would change policies erratically and would not tell anyone and would pull out a new policy and use it against you of they felt like it. The favoritism of c3i was off the charts. The only way to move up in the company is to suck up to management. If they liked you enough you would move up to a level 2 or even to a new desk. If they didn't like you they would haze you. As an employee you're already treated like garbage because you don't matter. Management will give and take PTO whenever they feel like it. Management will lie to your face. As for holiday's, you have to ask around to find out which days you have off or if any. Eventually they might get around to showing you an email of the days but don't hold your breath. They hire on people as Temps and with hold offering you a full time position based on if they like you or not. More recently they decided to higher people on at a significant pay rate and didn't raise they pay of older employees. Instead they claimed a raise would come that never did lied to employees that they would do one thing for them and then deny ever promising it. Managers would demand you meet the ASA so they could pocket the money. You didn't get rewarded for it unless you count them offering you pathetic food once in a blue moon. The company is in a downward spiral. Desk are closing left and right. If you want a stable job do not work for c3i.

    Advice to Management

    I would say fire them all but they just rate them from desk to desk and watch them destroy it.
    If they did fire them all they would still have issues because the higher ups like to management into being as lazy and pathetic as they are.

    I worked at C3i Solutions (More than a year)

    Pros

    The people there are nice to work with and the management are ready to work a schedule with you.

    Cons

    The pay sucks and they dont value the workers or hardworking talents. The are not organize and that is why people dont stay long in the job.

    Advice to Management

    They need to increase the pay rate as they are the lease paying IT company in 30 miles radius. They need to go back to the drawing board to see why people leave all the time.
