    Pros

    follows a modified Shipley process
    No lack for B&P
Fairly good retention plan through training and internal mobility
Ability to rise to your potential if you're patient.

    Cons

If you don't like the org structure, your boss, business group alignment, or strategic goals, sit tight, they change yearly at least.
If you come in through M&A prepare to be integrated into the BORG in a rather painful fashion.

    Advice to Management

Pick a plan and stick with it, it's hard to hit a moving target.
Communicate better and set up a Tiger Team to help integrate newbies

I have been working at CACI International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great culture, flexible work schedule and ability to work home, Competitive Salary and room for upward movement, Company is a cash cow and is aggressive in growth opportunities either organic but more likely through acquisition.

    Cons

CEO seems out of touch with problems of worker bees, usually restricted to area's with military presence, high pressure scenarios are common as Industry is very competitive

    Pros

Not a bad company to work for.

    Cons

Contract work, once the contract is done, then... ???

    Advice to Management

Revamping floor space to squeeze in more cubicles is not a long term viable strategy to keep valued employees.

    Pros

Good benefits and internal training...was selected for their leadership training - however a situation arose (read cons)

    Cons

Lost my security clearance due to their lack of communication with the agency I was employed with... After reporting a harassment from another contractor with a different company, he got a slap on the hand and reported false statements about me in which PM and GS employees backed me, however, my own company (CACI) jumped the gun and placed a flag on my clearance and laid me off... Since then I've struggled to find a job without a clearance. In fact, I was offered one through CACI and denied due to my flag on my clearance :/

    Advice to Management

Having PMs on site or frequently visit would be beneficial to CACI employees

I have been working at CACI International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The initial impression of the company is one of inclusion and opportunity. There is seemingly a vast array of avenues of advancement and education opportunities for those that fit nicely into the CACI corporate climate. The management is aggressive in encouraging each CACI employee to live up to his/her full potential.

    Cons

Communications about what is happening with the company is not always clear, making it difficult to see where you as an employee fits into the overall vision, mission, and goal. There is no clear articulation of the company's future direction.

    Advice to Management

Clearer and more frequent communications with CACI employees would help to foster a clearer understanding of where CACI is heading and how each employee can see themselves as part of the team carrying the organization forward.

    Pros

They have decent pay and benefits, and some of the people are really nice and talented.

    Cons

The other few people can be petty and vindictive. Even some managers are playing the drama game, as I had a manager purposefully tank my project indirectly by assigning enough people to it to drain its contract funds just for the reason that it was not his project. Their government client does not help the situation. If you remember that time the government shut down for about a month back in 2014, we had to take a month's leave without pay, and no option to make the time back while the government employees got paid for not showing up. CACI management did try it's best to secure other avenues to help employees make up time, so that was nice.

    Advice to Management

Please be the bigger person and don't screw around with other people's livelihoods.

I worked at CACI International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, worked among a lot of smart and hard-working people who seemed to truly care about getting the job done and the growth of the business group. Worked with great Project Managers, Division Managers and Leads.

    Cons

Did not see a raise in over 5 years, put in lots of hard work and dedication to the company with no reward or recognition. Stuck around because everything else was good, but the stagnant pay just wasn't cutting it anymore.

    Advice to Management

Pay your valuable and tenured employees; it's sad to see loyal/hard-working people who contribute so much to the company leave, unnoticed and unappreciated after all of their support. Improve communications with employees working full time on client site; felt very isolated from the "CACI company."
