    Pros

Telecommuting is number one. CACI is a large company with a good reputation, benefits, and reliable when it comes to biweekly compensation and expense reimbursement.

    Cons

Being such a large company you will start to feel forgotten and like a cog. Management needs to be more visible and more communicative.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Management

Need to have hr department that knows what is going on. I had been working for months looking for a new project since mine was ending. HR was if no use and even asked me why in hadn't dashed for their help when I quit. I had asked them weekly for 4 months.
