    Flexible hours, which is important for a student.

    Cons

    No extra benefits, just a paycheck. Though, it was a student position.

    Pros

    Great students to work with, making teaching fun.
    Fairly low bureaucracy to deal with.
    San Luis Obispo has a great climate.

    Cons

    San Luis Obispo is an expensive place to live.

    Advice to Management

    Stop trying to eliminate old traditions, e.g. changing the bookstore's historical name to University Store. Now that's imaginative!
